Level of animo from consumer become the reason from T1vIN11 to make the Capacity Up. Change to capacities produce (Capacity Up) will be influence for all of activity In Assembly Shop Division. indirectly Assembly Department has to make a change of production line area, operation, as well as change of at inventory area af Jundate. lunchfe represent inventory area at Assembly Shop that near with production line area, that functioning as inventory for big part to be used at production line. The change in Jundate there ís also makes a change to wide of area, number and type of part which step into the area, and the additional existence for process assembling. Planning of Jundate that proposed by TMMÏ will be decide base on similarity of part group. The new analyze done with making new layout in this department with Randomize Storage Policy method This layout method is particularly for storage layout, that construct without consider any constrain. This layout method arranges the layout of storage with certain consideration without limited target or importance of other. Method of Randomize Storage used rarely on the level of rate of each every number existing unique part. From the calculation obtained recommended storage layout that consider the value of rate for each part.
