Conducting anthropometry survey with conventional or classical measuring technique could be one alternative technique for researchers. This technique is quite simple since it make use of simple devices or instruments to measure human body. This paper aims to present conventional or classical measurement technique in the survey of human body diimensíons. Thirty six static anthropometric dimensions are reviewed in this paper. The measuring terminology and instruments which could be used to measure such dimensions are presented as well. At the end of the paper, some advantages and drawbacks of this technique were also discussed.
