The use of internet by students is incre2asing so rapidly due to the various reasons and it has various impacts on the students learning intensity as well. This paper aimed to study on the relation of learning intensity and the effectiveness and the students usage acceptance. This study applied TAM with some modifications and utilized data collected from the under graduate students of economy class of 2002-2005. The result of the study shows that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use has significant impact on the actual students internet usage. It also shows that gender aspect and prior experience have different influence on the perceived ease of use but perceive usefulness is only influenced by prior experience.
