Pasak Bumi root extract not only had the effect of aphrodisiac but it also can increase testosterone hormone, LH and FSH. Testosterone hormone secretion by Leydig cell and Leydig cell differentiation effected by LH and FSH. The purpose of the research is to proof that the give of Pasak Bumi root methanol extract can increase the amount of Leydig cell.
