Generaly the value in dry season are higher than in wet season. During ENSO 1997 / 1998 the OLR in November — February is higher than the same period in the normal year. Spatial analysis shows that central part of Indonesia (Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi, and part of Kalimantan) have higher OLR than in other regions.
