Separate gained DC motor has made position control and velocity become moer flexible. There fore separate gained DC motor mostly applied in Industri for position control of working equipment. Position control system by using separate gained motor DC should be adequate to reduce varying load effect. By using such thing, this research intend to apply cascade structure design and observe the effect of motor load against the structure of position control system. The result of this research shows that the output of DC motor velocity undergoes steady state after the system work for 2 seconds. Also with the armature current The armature current has the steady state time not more than 2 seconds. The error of stady statics zero, accords with optimum design specificatio. Whereas on the cascade structure, steady state time position ouput is slower about 4 seconds. The curve of armature current also shows oscillation. One superiority of this three feedback loop structure is the capability to reduce ramp jamming signal. Output value of position control system by using cascade structure doesn’t change, thought the system is jammed by ramp signal (varying load characteristic inclining divergentiy).
