Try Out Of Continuous System Pasteurization Use Spiral Pipe: The research was conducted to try out of spiral pipe continuous system pasteurization designed. The method of the research was experiment and the treatments were temperature of heat transfer water of 75, 80 and 85 °C, and another treatments were temperature of cold transfer water of 5, 7,5 and 10 °C. The result showed that the temperature of heat transfer water got pasteurization temperature (71 °C), microorganism killed more than 99%, pathogen microorganism was negative, milk flavour was good, so did the temperature of cold transfer water produced a good characteristic of pasteurized milk. The conclussion of the research was the spiral pipe continuous system pasteurization produced high quality pasteurized milk.
