The purpose of this research is designing audio echo equipment that better than that sold in market. The echo designed can create an effect as if it were in a small room, so the original sound is not lost VLSI technology is applied in 8 bit latch that uses IC PAL 16R8. As a data saving it is used IC 62256 memory that can save about 15 Kbytes data. IC 0809 ADC is used to converse sound signal to digital signal, while IC 0808 DAC is to converse the digital signal to sound signal. Input signal is used people sound. Evaluating is done by testing every block and circuit system. A result of evaluation it is known that the circuit system can operate in 1 kHz - 7.8 kHz bandwidth. In 5 kHz frequency it has the perfect result.
