Malposition and protruded anterior teeth can cause unpleasant psychological effect,usually to young female patients.Although ortodontics treatment for adults patients may probably and always be considered to solve such condition,but in some cases,teeth extraction are a priority.Immediate removable partial denture is made for patients who regret to be seen teethless after extraction.An immediate removable partial denture is one that is contructed prior to the extraction of the natural teeth and inseeted immediately after their removal.This case report explains about making immediatr removable partial dentuire to improve aesthetics for a patient with bimaxillary protrusion jaw relation.Its upper anterior teeth are migrated,protruded and extruded because of periodontal diseases.
