Yet, the management of government and corporation in indonesia have not successfully implemented food governance, just look at the rating of independence institution which placed indonesia as the most corrupt state in the world, the worst legal system in the asia continent, moreover up to date indonesia has not been de - listed from the FATT black list as not cooperative country on the combating of money laundeirng, event hough we had already owned the money laundering act since of year 2002 (UU No. 15 / 2002). How is the role of risk management in spurring good governance and good corporate governance ? However, should be borne in mind that risk management is a new discipline that its basic cocnept and its obejctive coverage are broad and complex. Nevetheless, those would not lessen the role of risk maangement as aid - instrument in identifying, analyzing and controlling risk on each corporate operation and government performance. Its objective is clearly to optimize the performance of government and corporation for good government and good corporate governance achievement.
