Tighter global competition has increase the difficulties of organization in reaching significant profitability from cost efficiency and return maximalization-based competition. It can not be denied that it's very difficult for the organization to reach profit through cost restructure because almost all organizations implement the same strategy to survive. The only competitive advantage that can be exploit is knowledge. Knowledge is needed to respon every opportunity and changes so company can maintain its sustainable competitive advantage. Knowledge resources is highly correlated with human resources which is the most important asset and intellectual capital of organization. Thereby, if every knowledge in organization objective. Knowledge managemant is not the last objective of the company but a method for the company so it always has "energy" to create and innovate to improve HR's competency as respons to every business environment changes.
