Change is coming from many directions: advances in technology have radically changed the way individuals work and organizations function; the global marketplace has redefined the competitive structure of many industries; the increasing predominance of entrepreneurial and service-based organizations has altered the structure of our economy; and quality management has radically changed the way many organizations do business (Lewis et all, 2001). Tommorow's organizations depend on their abilities to continuosly transform what they do and how they do. Innovation is one of the very important reflections of the life forces of tommorow's organizations . The ability to innovate is not about keeping the organization ahead oh competition. It is about redefining the future to be a better place for the organization, its people and its customers (Chattell, 1995).
