Genetic resources, traditional knowledge and traditional esxpressions pose intellectual property issues that need to be resolved. The issues started with folklore that at the beginning was limited to the area of art works but then has developed to the areas of cultural works including social economy and technical wisdom that is still preserved and used inheritance in traditional live grouping into technical and technolgical domain (traditional knowledge). The main problem is the acknowledgement and recognition of local society that traditionally and culturally has preserved through inheritance, access to information and intellectual works that has been developed fro it, and fair distribution of gain from its diversity. Besides to equalize perception and understanding of the issues, we need to record variation of technological and cultural wisdom as well as its productions.
