This research is intended to test the influence of study performance of accounting student in accounting theory lecture. We used data collected from accounting student of STIE Musi Palembang year 2002/2003 by using questionnaires. We used regression analysis to solve the hypothesis. The result show that only ability and effort have influence to study performance of accounting student in accounting theory lecture.
