World economic globalization has made administrative frontier among states indistinct so world is becoming borderless in business live so called 4C, communication, capital, corporation and consumer. Factors supporting world economic globalization are (a) rapid technology development in transportation and communication sector, (b) liberalization of capital movement among states to ease trade financing and direct investment, (c) goverment's role to promote trade liberalizationthrough international cooperation. Indonesia entered globalization at the same time with the decentralization that has fragmented economic power thereby reducing state power in international competition. Therefore main strategy is needed in order domestic industry to compete in global market by way of repositioning of core competence, increasing information technology and bio technology products, restoring infrastructures that support export and accelerating Investment Act draft to give level of certainty to investors.
