The objective of the research was to explore the patterns of antenatal, natal, and postnatal care of women (inmigrant) in urban community. An analytical survey by quantitative techniques was applied in this research. Two subdistrics in Surabaya were selected based on the highest inmigrant community. More than 95% of respondents explained that they admitted to community health centers for antenatal care. The traditional midwives were still prevalent in delivery services, and delivered their babies in their homes by the traditional midwives. However, more than 70%, respondents were delivered in clinics or community health centers by midwives. The immunization status, 47% their babies were fully immunized, and 53% were not immunized or incompletly immunized. It was recommended to enchance the knowledge of the respondents by enchanching the frequency of counseling and guidance how to take care properly during pregnancy, delivery, and after delivery.
