The objective of this research was to study the effect of ordinal data transformation 'using Method of Successive Interval (MSI) on data distribution and to compare the result of statistical analysis using ordinal data before and after transformation. Using primary data about satisfaction ol Primary Health Center patients that gained from 100 respondents, the result of analysis showed that MSI gave different data characteristics compared with original data, and most of them had non normal distribution after transformation. Inferential analysis showed dijferent result or decision between ordinal data bel ore transformation and after translormation using MSI.
